We loved our stay at Knee Deep in Paradise! They had absolutely everything you would need or want for a trip to the beach. The home was really nice: clean, comfortable, and total beach vibes! I worried about the distance from the beach, but they provided a beach cart, chairs, and toys to use during our stay, which made it so easy. I also noticed that the location in Barrier Dunes was a very peaceful and quiet nook in an otherwise busy area that time of year. I really have absolutely nothing but rave reviews.
Additionally, we contacted the managers a couple of times during our stay for things unrelated to the home, and they were so responsive and very kind.
It did our hearts and souls good, and this was one of our best 4ths ever. We definitely hope to stay here again!

P.S. And, even though we didn’t get to bring our dog along, they even had food and water bowls and a basket of toys for the dog. They have thought of everything, and we really felt right at home.

Very clean unit. Was well equipped with all the things you need. Had nice beach chairs. Also, the carts were very helpful with getting things to the beach. The unit was also decorated very nicely. Good atmosphere for family. We definitely go back again.

This condo if perfect for the family and dog. Walk off the back deck to a grassy area perfect for the pup. Short stroll to the beach and both pools. The beach and water are beautiful. I’m a sand snob and the Cape did not disappoint! Interior of the condo was lovely! We enjoyed the split level with the teens on the first floor and grownups upstairs. The master bedroom did not have a door which was odd but not a deal breaker. Condo has everything we needed! Even had dog bowls and pet towels for our furbaby. Plenty of beach items too: chairs, toys, boogie boards, floats, etc. This gated community doesn’t allow swimming in the pool after dusk which was disappointing as we love night swim. I’ve never booked a rental twice but I plan to stay here again! Well worth it! Thanks Carolyn for answering all my questions and accommodating our needs.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 5-night stay at this lovely condo unit. We loved it; it was very pretty, comfortable and functional. The location is excellent (very short walk to the beach...1 minute, maybe; you can see the bay from the balcony on the top floor) and the unit was very clean and very well furnished and stocked in all areas: kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, beach stuff….it didn’t look and feel like other rentals that have just very basic items, but rather like a summer home that has been carefully planned and furnished with quality items. The beach access closest to the unit is at the end of the complex so it is a more quiet and less crowded area of the beach; also wider and nicer. In addition to all of that, the managers and the owner were EXTREMELY responsive with regards to the only issue we had during our stay: on our first night, the 2 of us who were in the second bedroom (with the Queen bed) didn’t get much sleep because the mattress was sagging in the middle and the bed was very squeaky. We texted the managers in the morning to see if there was anything they could do. Very quickly, a maintenance person (very nice guy) came to assess the situation. Upon being informed that the issue could not be resolved with the available options, the owners asked the maintenance person to drive all the way to Panama City (50+ miles away) to buy a new mattress and install it that same day. We were blown away by their level of service and care. Just great!

The house was beautiful and well laid out! Well stocked kitchen and also pool/beach supplies. We always sleep with a fan and forgot ours, but no worries, there were spare ones provided at the house! Views and porches were also great! Overall wonderful place to stay!

We loved this house! Just a short walk to the beach and a great view from the screened-in porch. The house was very nice and clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again.

House was neat and clean; beds were comfortable; location was great as far as proximity to the beach. Wasn’t a long walk at all. Loved the complex- great for walking every morning. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time! The place was perfect and super clean. It had everything you could need for cooking plus beach stuff! We Will differently be back to visit.

I could not have asked for a better property for my family to stay in at our time in Cape San Blas. The property was sparkling clean. When we arrived, I noticed that even the baseboards were clean! There were soaps in all the bathrooms and kitchen, which is a nice touch. The way that they even folded the hand towels made it seem like an upscale hotel. The decor was beautiful and modern. I loved that the windows in all of the bedrooms and the living room had blackout curtains. But during the day plenty of light was able to come in. We were about a 30 second walk to the beach, which was perfect! The cart and provided chairs for the unit were in really great condition and of high quality. The outdoor shower was such a nice touch and made it super easy to rinse off our bodies and our things when we got back from the beach. The unit is also about a 30 second walk to the neighborhood pool, which was also very nice. I love how it overlooks the water and it is just so peaceful. The community is right next to a state park which was fun to explore and we look forward to doing more there the next time we visit. The only downside to the whole thing is that there is a foam mattress topper on the king size bed in the primary bedroom that was really uncomfortable. However, we removed it and slept much better the final four nights of our stay. We put it back, of course. Caroline and Ros proactively checked on us a couple times, which was nice.

We enjoyed this property so much! The home was so cozy, and super close to the beach! We were able to walk to the Trading Post for ice cream, so that's convenient, too! Communication was the best!!!

From the moment of booking Ros and Carolyn are always so easy to work with! Everything is communicated well and clear and they have no issues quickly responding to questions or concerns! Check in was a breeze with clear instructions! The location itself was awesome, it over looks the pond where you can see turtles and fish. Our 3 year old loved this! It was so nice and CLEAN! Very short trip to the pool and beach! Would definitely come back!

Our family of 4 and 2 dogs enjoyed a week at this unit. The beach is steps away so it's very convenient. My husband and kids enjoyed the window nook. I loved sitting on the balconies and watching the waves. We like the privacy of a gated community. It is such a nice area to take an evening walk. Our stay was very relaxing which is exactly what I am looking for on vacation.

We had the loveliest time staying at Baby Blue! The screened in porch was perfect for early morning coffee, or afternoon reading while listening to the waves come into the shore. The large tables on the porch and in the living area were perfect for family game night (they even provide games). The kitchen was perfectly outfitted with everything you could possibly need from crab crackers to a crock pot. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds blissfully comfortable. The pet linens were an added bonus. We so appreciate them being pet friendly so that our fur kids can go on vacation with us rather than be stuck in a boarding situation. The house is walking distance to the Trading Post, so whether you need hot dogs or to go queue up for Webber’s Little Donuts, it’s the perfect location. The owners are very responsive, should anything arise that is needed and delightful. I’d highly recommend you book your stay ASAP. We came home relaxed, refreshed and renewed thanks to our stay at Baby Blue!

This was my second time staying at your condo. The convience of being so close to the beach and pool is priceless. Your condo had everything that we needed and my pups loved this time too!

We just spent a week at Coopers nest and this was by far one of the most beautiful homes we’ve rented as a family on Cape San Blas. We love to cook in and this home had everything we needed to create memorable meals. The beds were very comfortable and having the pool was a bonus. It was evident that the owners obviously tried to think of everything that we needed to have an enjoyable stay.

This is the first time booking with 30Ez Vacation Rentals. We've been coming to the Cape for years, and this is one of the best experiences we've had. This unit really is only a minute walk to beach, and the walkway was so easy to use. The unit itself was super clean. There was hand soap, and dish soap provided, which was a nice touch. We had every thing we needed in the kitchen, from a keurig, crockpot, and even a blender. This unit is on the end, and it was super quiet around us. There was a shower outside, that was super useful. They also provided a beach cart, beach chairs, and some boogie boards. We loved that they really thought of everythin, and we were so pleased. This is our first time staying at Barrier Dunes, but it won't be our last. We look forward to renting from this company again, and we highly recommend them!

The condo is modern, well maintained, and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s a short walk to the beach. The hosts are extremely responsive! There were a good number of beach accessories also! We look forward to our stay here again and would recommend to a friend :-)

Very neat and clean place everything was great just needs better access to beach cut thru ext. Need walkway built over pond to have shorter access to water if you stay in back of property but overall was a great and pleasant place to stay
