The condo was extremely nice and updated! Check in was very easy and we had an amazing time.

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed this property. Everything was as listed. We enjoyed the open floorplan, including the big screen porch. The wifi internet was fast. It was a short walk to the beach. It was our first time on Cape Sans Blas, and we were surprised at the lack of restaurants, etc. However, this location was very close to a taco place, a small grocery store, and the St. Joe Shrimp Company, which had incredibly fresh seafood.

We have rented from Ez vacations, Ros and Carolyn, before and we have always had a positive experience. Their properties are always clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. They are always so easy to work with and very responsive. We will rent from them again. Thank you for a wonderful restful vacation.

We enjoyed getting away from it all! The water was so calm, clear, and shallow. Tons of fish, crabs, and shells. Our favorites were snorkeling with Aquabear, doing a bonfire with Smores on the beach, and doughnuts from Weber's ...we learned getting there by 6-6:30 was essential to getting your pick of the best flavors. The house had everything we needed for coffee, doing a shrimp boil, and much more. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our party of six. We made good use of the outdoor shower, beach buggy, and beach chairs. The pools were small and not shaded so they were pretty warm, but still enjoyable and the beach was the star of the show anyways, so who needed a pool. We felt right at home and would recommend.

We Love staying at Barrier Dunes. This is our fifth visit to the Cape. We have two daughters age 21 and 18. They love having a pool to enjoy and the convenience to the bay. We always enjoy the community feel at Barrier Dunes. The townhouse was well decorated, extremely clean and the management team was very responsive. We will stay here again.

Property is in an excellent location to the beach and the nearby state park. Even though the townhouse u it’s see if older construction, they are very well kept outside with nice amenities for families. The inside of the unit was very updated and well kept as well it perfectly accommodated our family. We highly recommend and plan to stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property and setting! Wonderful full-time neighbors next door. Plenty of room on the beach each day. Note, the water here is not as clear as we had hoped, but we drove to a beach 5 minutes up the road, which is out of the little cove, and it was clear here. If you walk west on the cove to where it comes to a point, you will be in seashell heaven. Fishing was also seen extensively from the beach each day. Not sure what if anything was caught though as we were not really paying attention or fishing ourselves. We did see a large mixture of wildlife, which we love! A bobcat, alligator, giant rats, birds, frogs, lizards, etc. We actually did not see a single palmetto bug, but do bring bug spray as the gnats were an issue at certain times of the day. We had many people showering, often at the same time, and had no issue with water pressure. Hot water was available almost the moment you turned on the shower, including at the outdoor shower and hose. We loved the layout of the house and the elevator was indispensable with groceries and older grandparents. All of the bedrooms are on the same floor and the common area is on the top floor, which was amazing when the younger children went to be earlier than the rest of us. The sliding door on the top floor was almost impossible to open from the outside, which we mentioned, so hopefully this is being addressed. We had to leave it open a crack when we went out so we could open it. Also, the dining table height with the chairs is not super comfortable for people over 5'8". Our legs didn't fit under very well. We did utilize the counter/bar chairs more and the comfy couches once we were finished eating. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful, and maintain an exquisite home. We highly recommend this property. ***As a side note, we had pictures taken by Reggie Smith, and he was the best! Book him if you can get him! He grew up in the area and knows the beaches well. Wonderful experience!

Baby Blue has everything needed to spend a comfortable, relaxing & fun week at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked, the master bed was very comfortable not to mention the view from the large screen porch. The walk to the beach was very short and the laundry room was filled with beach chairs, cart, tubes, umbrellas, paddle board and even an extra refrigerator! You will not regret staying in the beautiful home - we will be back soon!

What an amazing place! My husband, myself and our Golden Retriever had the time of our lives staying at Sandy Hook at Cape San Blas. Between the weather, the beach, the people and the beautiful townhome we could not have asked for more. Can’t wait to come back!

Our first trip to Cape San Blas and it didn’t disappoint! Our condo was amazing and despite some crazy high humidity we had a wonderful time. The walk to the beach was simplified by fact that they had a cart to load everything up for one trip instead of several and an outdoor shower to de-sand before going back inside. The unit was full of small decorating details that we would discover throughout our stay and the screened-in porch with a fan was delightful to sit outside and enjoy the bit less humid evening’s. Very dog-friendly and our family left refreshed and recharged! Thanks again for sharing a slice of your paradise with us!

Great stay

We had the best trip and loved this rental! We arrived a bit earlier than checkout and texted owners to see if we could park at the property and walk out to the beach until the rental was ready! They promptly responded and were so kind! The unit was extremely clean when we went in and all furniture was comfortable. The condo had everything that we needed. Our location was quiet and convenient. It was an easy, short walk from our condo to the beach each morning. It was a wonderful vacation! We would definitely stay in this unit and property again!

The views from Baby Blue were incredible. It was like being oceanfront without the oceanfront price. We will definitely stay here again!

An overall great stay. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They were available and very eager to make sure everything was great for our stay.

Great week. Accomodations were just what we needed - nice base for going to the beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs, etc - we should have brought less stuff with us. Puzzles were nice when the UV index was extreme or a storm popped up. Only issue was back porch slider didn't lock but we weren't too worried. If you go to Cape San Blas you must eat at Skully's.

This place was awesome. Great place to bring the family. The house was nice and VERY well maintained. Most places I've rented have had some defects, some minor and a few that weren't minor. That shows me that this company cares about their properties and guests.

We had a great time. Family oriented location. Easy walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and well stocked. We'll be back!
